METHOD FOR EXTRACTING FRONT FACE IN ENTRANCE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR ENTRANCE AND EXIT ADMITTANCE

PURPOSE: A method for extracting front face in an entrance control system for entrance and exit admittance is provided to secure stable coming and going by preserving a certain record. CONSTITUTION: A single entrance control device deletes small face area from a detected face(S86). The single entrance control recognizes the number of a face region which is grouped as the number of face in a real image(S88). The single entrance control determines whether the image has a plurality face according to the number of face in the real image(S90). When a plurality of faces are detected, a comparator compares faces with each other(S92). The single entrance control determines whether the difference between largest face and a second largest face is over a predetermined value(S94).
