PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing circular and modified heat exchangers of air conditioner is provided to perform cooling and heating by constituting an internal heat exchanger and an external heat exchanger with separate circuits.;CONSTITUTION: A hole is perforated in order to fit to the size and electric heat capacity of a copper pipe inserted in a heating plate. The copper pipe is fixed to an intermediate fixing plate(3). The copper pipe is inserted to the slotted hole of the heating plate. The heat exchanger is manufactured by rotating and pressing a pipe expander with oil. The rectangular heat exchanger is bent in circular shape.
