PURPOSE: A local area wireless communication system and a method for routing communication with a local area wireless communication system are provided to perform P2P(Peer to Peer) communication or AP(Access Point) communication according to whether a communication target is within a wireless coverage capable of local area wireless communication. CONSTITUTION: When a fixed event is generated, a transmitting side device(100) transmits a search message for searching an unspecified device. The transmitting side device generates a peripheral device list based on one or more response messages. If a fixed device(200) is selected as a communication target, the transmitting side device performs P2P communication or AP communication according to whether a destination device selected as the communication target exists in the peripheral device list.
