PURPOSE: An anvil of a slab sizing pressing device is provided to prevent dog bone-shaped protrusions formed on both edges of slab after sizing press and thereby prevent a bent portion or groove on edges of slab after rough rolling.;CONSTITUTION: An anvil(10) of a slab sizing pressing device is installed in a mounting rod of a width control unit which is operated with a main crank unit and an auxiliary crank unit. A sliding surface(11) is formed on the inner side of the anvil by the operation of the main crank unit and the auxiliary crank unit in order to perform sizing press which presses the lateral sides of slab(S).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
