PURPOSE: A photo printer in which a de-curling device of a printing paper is equipped for improving the quality of the printing is provided to improve the stability of the printing paper discharge by discharging the printing paper in a roll state.;CONSTITUTION: A pinch roller is touched with a capstan(110). A vertical direction center line and a common normal form the pinch angle of the predetermined angle. A printing paper of a curled state is de-curled when the pinch roller passes through.
