PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display apparatus is provided to efficiently arrange the wiring by forming a supply line for supplying a third power source on the same layer with the same material with the anode electrode.;CONSTITUTION: A pixel circuit unit(142) including a thin film transistor(220) and a capacitor(230) is formed on a substrate(200). The thin film transistor comprises a semiconductor layer(221), a gate electrode(223), a source, and a drain electrode(225).
