PURPOSE: A request energy reduction apparatus is provided to implement the driving using the supplementary recharger when a main recharger is drained, by charging the supplementary recharger in high speed. CONSTITUTION: A driver(4) operates the wheel by the control of a main controller(1). A motor(5) generates the power by the control of the driver. A gear(6) is connected to the motor and drives a driving shaft of the wheel. An electric charger(8a) recharges the electricity generated by the rotation of the gear.
