PURPOSE: A stick preventing device for a slider of a double-knuckle press is provided to prevent the stick phenomenon of a slider even in case of instant malfunction of the slider.;CONSTITUTION: A double-knuckle press comprises a pair of drive gears, upper and lower knuckles, a plunger, a slider stroke control screw rod, and a housing. The drive gears are rotated with a drive motor and accordingly the upper and lower knuckles have a lever motion. The plunger is repetitively raised and lowered. The control screw rod is coupled to the bottom of the plunger. The housing is installed in a slider directly under the control screw rod and has an oil chamber in which a stick preventing device is installed as a substitute for pressure oil. The stick preventing device comprises damping and vibration-dissipation holes(21), a lubricating oil distribution hole(22), and lubricating grooves(23) for leading lubricating oil to spread around the lubricating oil distribution hole.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
