PURPOSE: A nanocomposite of ferrocene-substituted polysiloxane/chitosan is provided to apply the immobilization of bio molecules and enzymes and to facilitate the development of a biometric sensor and a bioelectrochemical device.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a nanocomposite of ferrocene-substituted polysiloxane/chitosan comprises the steps of: performing imine reduction in an organic solvent mixed solution after schiff base condensation of ferrocene aldehydes and 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane to obtain a ferrocene-substituted silica precursor; hydrolyzing and polymerizing the ferrocene-substituted silica precursor by adding an acidic solution; performing imine reduction to prepare a ferrocene-substituted polysiloxane; and mixing and stirring an organic solution in which a chitosan solution and the ferrocene-substituted polysiloxane are dissolved to prepare a composite of the ferrocene-substituted polysiloxane and chitosan.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
