PURPOSE: A drug filling device for a fluid compensation type drug infusion device is provided, which enables a user to do infusion of drug and body fluid exhaustion at the same by single motion.;CONSTITUTION: A drug filling device for a fluid compensation type drug infusion device comprises: a first syringe for injecting drug into a drug reservoir; a syringe fixing unit(110) in which a second syringe is fixed; first and second rotation rods(120,130) which are pivotally combined with the syringe fixing unit; first and second moving units(140,150) which are respectively combined with the first and second rotation rods and moves a piston of the first syringe and a piston of the second syringe in the opposite direction; and a rotation driving unit(160) which rotates the first and second rotation rods at the same time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
