PURPOSE: A thread rubber composition is provided to ensure excellent traveling property(braking ability) on a wet road and dry road and improved abrasion resistance.;CONSTITUTION: A thread rubber composition comprises a rubber component containing a butadiene rubber and 35 mass % or more of epoxidized natural rubber, and white filler. The thread rubber composition includes a mixture of zinc salts of aliphatic carboxylic acids and zinc salts of aromatic carboxylic acids and/or alkali fatty acid metal salts.
