PURPOSE: A producing method of a green tea powder floating beverage is provided to prevent the oxidation of greed tea beverages, and to improve the palatability. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a green tea powder floating beverage comprises the following steps: producing green tea powder by crushing green tea material and filtering; mixing 0.2~1wt% of green tea powder, 0.05~0.1wt% of gellan gum, 0.01~0.02wt% of citric acid, 2wt% of honey, 2wt% of sugar, 0.2wt% of salt, 1wt% of sea tangle extract, and 1wt% of hemp extract, with water; and homogenizing the mixture, and sterilizing at 90~100deg C for 25~35minutes.
