PURPOSE: A method and a system for measuring defects on a coating layer and a base material surface of a gas turbine bucket are provided to easily carry out defect inspection on a coating layer of a gas turbine bucket and a base surface using ECT(Eddy Current Test) method without removing the coating layer.;CONSTITUTION: A system for measuring defects on a coating layer and a base material surface of a gas turbine bucket comprises a double coil absolute probe(130) and an eddy current test device(140). The double coil absolute probe contacts a defect portion of a gas turbine bucket(110) and generates an eddy current signal including information on the depth of the defect portion. The eddy current test device applies a monitoring signal to the double coil absolute probe and receives the eddy current signal, thereby measuring the defect degree of the coating layer and the base material surface of the gas turbine bucket.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
