PURPOSE: A tritium battery tritium solid source manufacturing device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make the storage metal powder or thin film to react with tritium gas without the contact with the external gas including the oxygen or moisture by preventing the contact of the storage metal with the oxygen. CONSTITUTION: A storage metal manufacturing container(101) is used to manufacture the tritium storage metal. A reaction container(110) is separated from the storage metal manufacturing container. The reaction container is used in order to react the tritium gas and the storage metal. A path(103) connects two containers in order to transfer the storage metal in the state of being sealed up without the exposure of the storage metal.
