摘要

PURPOSE: A remote dimming controlled street lighting system considered the weather conditions for reducing carbon dioxide emissions and control methods of the same are provided to reduce carbon dioxide emission by controlling the brightness of a street light according to weather change. CONSTITUTION: A main control unit(10) comprises a position detector(110), a weather sensing unit(120), an illumination detecting unit(130), an input unit(100), process units(160, 210), a wires transceiver(230). The input micro-processor(160) receives a position signal, a weather signal, and an illumination signal to generate a first control signal. A microprocessor unit(210) receives a first signal to generate a second control signal which controls the street light.
