REMOTE MANAGEMENT METHOD OF A TERMINAL AND A DEVICE THEREOF, CAPABLE OF REMOTELY MANAGING A THIRD TERMINAL BY USING A TERMINAL AS AN INTERMEDIARY

PURPOSE: A remote management method of a terminal and a device thereof are provided to manages all types of firmware, software, parameter, schedule functions in a terminal which does not have an external network connection function or a DM(Device Management) client by being interlinked with a DM server of an external network through a terminal which acts as a gateway role.;CONSTITUTION: A remote management device of a terminal includes a transceiving unit(221) and a terminal management client(222). The transceiving unit transceives data by forming at least one terminal and a personal network. The terminal management client collects information of at least one terminal connected through the personal network, converts terminal information of a type according to a terminal management protocol supporting one part information which is necessary for distinguishing at least one terminal among the terminal information in a terminal management server, transmits the converted terminal information to the terminal management server, receives function management data related to at least one terminal from the terminal management server, and transmits the received function management data to at least one terminal through the transceiving unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
