PURPOSE: A cathode structure based on a carbon nanotube for an x-ray tube is provided to increase resolution by integrating electronics in as much as small area in an anode unit by using a deep CNT.;CONSTITUTION: A multiple sample probe(210) is formed with at least two grooves. A cathode(250) is installed in the grooves. The cathode includes a cathode holder for accepting a least two cathode pins having a CNT. A multiple sample probe comprises a rotatable shaft(240).
