PURPOSE: A heat exchanger using carbon heating element is provided to rapidly heat water and air passing through the inside of a pipe, since a conduit is efficiently heated by a carbon heating element wound outside the conduit.;CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger using carbon heating element(1) comprises a conduit(2). The conduit is formed of a flat pipe or a bellows pipe(22). The carbon heating element winds the outside of a conduit and heats air and water passing through the inside of the conduit. A spiral groove(23) is formed in the bellows pipe, and the carbon heating element is wound in the spiral groove.
