PURPOSE: An image sensor including a non-planar reflection layer, a manufacturing method thereof, and a design structure are provided to minimize optical cross-talk on a photosensitive region by forming a reflection layer with a curved shape.;CONSTITUTION: An image sensor includes a substrate(10) and a non-planar reflection layer(20). The substrate includes a photosensitive region. The non-planar reflection layer is positioned on one side of the substrate and the photosensitive region opposite to the incident radiation side of the photosensitive region and the substrate. The non-planar reflection layer reflects the incident radiation which is not captured to the photosensitive region. The non-planar reflection layer prevents the optical cross-talk with the additional photosensitive region separated from the side of the substrate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
