PURPOSE: A heat exchanger with a flow pulverizing device for uniform division of heat transfer fluid and an operating method thereof are provided to improve the heat transfer performance of a heat exchanger by uniformly dividing the amount fluid passing through a tube.;CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger with a flow pulverizing device comprises a tank(6), a connector, a plurality of tube slots, and a flow converter. The tank comprises a first step(22) and a second step(23). The length of the tank is restricted between a first step and a second step.
