PURPOSE: A multifunctional tack is provided to enable use in various environments by selecting the configuration of the tack using pushpin and the configuration of the magnet clip using magnet. CONSTITUTION: A main body(10) is formed at a female screw part(12). The inside of the main body is hollow. A magnet(30) is attached to one side of the main body. A through hole(31) is formed in the center of the magnet. A tack part(20) is screwed with the female screw part of the main body. A pushpin(22) is formed at one side of the tack part. A finishing part(23) is formed at the other side of the pushpin. In the screw assembled state of the main body and the tack part, the pushpin of one side is moved forward and backward by the rotation of the tack part.
