ATP SYNTHETIC COMPOSITION IN WHICH GLOEOBACTER RHODOPSIN AND ATP SYNTHETASE OF ORIENTATION

PURPOSE: An ATP synthetic composition containing gleobacter rhodopsin and ATP synthetase is provided to stably supply a large amount of ATP.;CONSTITUTION: An ATP synthetic composition contains a gleobacter rhodopsin(GR) which is internally orientated and an inverted membrane vesicle having ATP synthetase which is oriented to the outside to generate ATP. The GR is derived from Gloeobacter violaceus. A method for preparing the ATP synthetic composition comprises: a step of preparing a recombinant expression vector in which a polynucleotide encoding GR is operatively lined; a step of transforming a host cell with the recombinant expression vector to prepare a transformant; a step of culturing the transformant and inducing GR expression; a step of isolating protoplast from the transformant; and a step of preparing inverted membrane vesicle from the isolated protoplast.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
