PURPOSE: A heat dissipating device is provided to compulsorily make air flow in heat discharging pins, thereby efficiently discharging heat transferred to the heat discharging pins.;CONSTITUTION: A heat dissipating device comprises the following units. A heat sink(100) includes one side contacting a heating unit and the other side where a space(120) is formed inside heat discharging pins.
