The system has an endless belt sheath (16) made of a thin steel belt, and cylindrically arranged around a frame part (14). Disk-like front parts are provided in connection with the belt sheath at both front sides of the belt sheath. The front parts are joined at an edge of the belt sheath with a circumference. The frame part is extended through the front parts at both ends. Heat transfer medium-supply devices (22) supply heat transfer medium i.e. water, to an inner side of the belt sheath. Heat transfer medium-discharge devices (24) discharge the heat transfer medium from the system. An independent claim is also included for a surface processing device.
