PURPOSE: A system and a method for remotely process a waste of a public certificate, and a recording medium for the same are provided to prevent illegal usage of the lost public certificate by checking and discharging a public certificated loaded in a lost mobile phone if a client who received a public certificate registers a mobile phone missing with a mobile company. CONSTITUTION: A checking unit(110) checks the load of public certificate of a wireless terminal corresponding to the wireless terminal loss information if a client receives wireless terminal loss information from a telecom company server. If the client transmits discharging request information, the checking unit discharges public certificate loaded in a wireless terminal based on the received discharging request information. If a public certificate loaded to the lost wireless terminal, a discharging unit discharges the checked public certificate.
