PURPOSE: A mixer circuit is provided to control a switching duty cycle to be 25% by connecting a MOS transistor for controlling a duty cycle to each source terminal of a source couple MOS transistor in series.;CONSTITUTION: A mixer circuit mixes two input signals by a source couple MOS transistor. The mixer circuit outputs the mixed signal. A MOS transistor for controlling a duty cycle is connected to each source terminal of the source couple MOS transistor in series. A duty cycle control pulse is applied to the gate of the MOS transistor for controlling a duty cycle. A duty cycle switched by an AND combination of control pulses is 25%.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
