PURPOSE: Wet noodles containing bark powder of pomegranate, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the color, the taste, and the nutrition of the wet noodles. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of wet noodles containing bark powder of pomegranate comprises the following steps: mixing 100parts of flour by weight and 0.5~15parts of bark powder of pomegranate by weight; pouring water to the mixture and kneading; aging the obtained dough for 10~15hours at 0~5deg C: and extruding the aged dough to obtain noodle sheets, and cutting the noodle sheets.
