A method for preparing the pharmaceutical composition comprises: a step of pulverizing a mixture of Coptidis Rhizoma, Dioscorea batatas Decne. and porcine pancreas; a step of adding water or ethanol to the powder and eluting; a step of filtering and concentrating the eluted solution; and a step of freeze-drying.
