PURPOSE: A method for semi-permanent special make-up of eye line is provided to make pupils look big and to control the color of eye line. CONSTITUTION: A method for semi-permanent special make-up of eye line comprises: a first step of determining a shape of eye by confirming the location of eyelash tail; a second step of sketching the contour of eye line tail; a third step of sketching the contour of eye line body along a virtual center-line; a fourth step of coloring the contour of the sketched eye line; and a fifth step of coloring pigment within the contour of the colored eye line.
