GUI PROVIDING METHOD AND A DISPLAY DEVICE WHICH IS APPLIED TO THE SAME, CAPABLE OF AUTOMATICALLY MOVING A POINTER TO THE INSIDE OF A GUI ELEMENT

PURPOSE: A GUI providing method and a display device which is applied to the same are provided to enable a user to conveniently move a pointer to a desired GUI element by generating a map in order to automatically move a pointer to the inside of a GUI element.;CONSTITUTION: A GUI(Graphic User Interface) generating unit(130) generates a pointer and adds an image to be displayed on a screen. A controller(170) detects a GUI element which is selectable to the pointer from the screen. The map automatically transfers the pointer from a GUI element location to a specific location. If the pointer enters into the GUI location, the controller automatically moves the pointer to a specific location by using the map.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
