PURPOSE: A flange bush is provided to improve durability by removal in a cut portion which causes defects in the flange bush.;CONSTITUTION: A flange bush(12) comprises a projection(11). The projection is shrunk when being inserted into a link hole and is extended after the insertion. The projection is pressed and fixed to the link hole.
