PURPOSE: A method for synthesizing novel dye based on the development of environmentally-friendly polymeric organic dye and hybrid polymerization formation is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for synthesizing polemeric organic dye through environmentally-friendly polymerization of laccase and natural low molecular phenol comprises: a step of dissolving a natural low molecular phenol material or mixture thereof in to citrate-phosphate buffer solution containing alcohol; a step of mixing the laccase to the buffer solution and culturing; and a step of inactivating the laccase for stabilizing pigment. The inactivation of the laccase is performed by treating the enzyme at 80C and filtering.
