PURPOSE: A method for collecting error of scanned image of a biochip is provided to effectively correct error of image.;CONSTITUTION: A method for collecting error of a scanned image comprises: a step of providing a reference chip in which interval between spots is defined; a step of scanning the reference chip to obtain a scanned image of the reference chip; a step of measuring error of the scanned image; a step of preparing a biochip(20) in which spots with a complementary shape of the measure error is arranged; and a step of obtaining scanned image with respect to the biochip.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
