PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for relaying an uplink signal are provided to inform a base station of whether the decoding of a received signal is successively performed or not.;CONSTITUTION: An aggregating unit(210) creates an aggregated information block by combining a plurality of information blocks(111~113) about received signals from a plurality of terminals. A coding unit(220) codes an integration information block. A modulating unit(250) modulates the coded integration information block.
