PURPOSE: A communication method of a vehicle type mobile terminal in a communication system is provided to enable a vehicle type mobile terminal to allocate a unique code from a macro base station and to transmit the unique code to a neighboring region.;CONSTITUTION: A vehicle type mobile terminal requests allocation of a unique code about a mobile terminal to a macro BS(Base Station)(220). The vehicle type mobile terminal receives radio resource information of a mobile terminal from the macro base station(230).
