PURPOSE: An air spaced etalon filter is provided to induce the change of an etalon selection wavelength due to the change of an external temperature by making the length of a support different from a distance between etalon thin films.;CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(100) and a second substrate(110) have surfaces on which a reflection thin film is deposited. The first substrate faces the second substrate. The length of a spacer rod(200) is different from a distance between the reflection thin films of an etalon filter. The distance between the reflection thin films is maintained by interposing the spacer rod between the substrates.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
