摘要

PURPOSE: An automatic transfer device of an ingot block and an automatic ingot block transferring method using the same are provided to minimize damage on the outer surface of the ingot block by point-contacting a support unit with the outer surface of the ingot block.;CONSTITUTION: A griping unit(200) includes a pair of support units along the longitudinal direction of the ingot block. The griping unit grips the centering of the ingot block by individually driving a plurality of driving shafts connected to the pair of support units. A control unit(230) is connected to a sensor unit to sense the rotation of the driving shaft and controls the driving shaft. The control unit controls a horizontal gap distance between the pair of support units. A transfer unit(300) moves the grip unit on a space separated from the surface.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
