PURPOSE: A pulley for an industrial machine and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce processing cost and production cost.;CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a pulley for an industrial machine is as follows. A material(10) is paper-cut to a fixed size and is cut in a circle shape(S10). A boss(11), which is cured in multi step, is shaped on the central surface of the material(S20). A flange(12) is formed on the central part of the boss by punching(S30). The upper edge of the flange is bent to form dual flange(S40). A hole(13) is formed on one side of the flange, and a key(14) is formed on the other side of the flange by sealing(S50). A belt groove(15) is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the flange and is bent, and then a pulley is completed(S60).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
