PURPOSE: A thin film transistor display panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify manufacturing processes by simultaneously forming an etching stop film and a data wiring using one mask. ;CONSTITUTION: A gate insulating film is arranged on a gate electrode(124). A semiconductor(154) is arranged on the gate insulating film. An etching stop film is arranged on the semiconductor. An insulating layer is arranged on the gate insulating film.
