PURPOSE: A propelling force generating apparatus for rides is provided to enable smooth steering though a front wheel is used as a propelling wheel.;CONSTITUTION: A propelling force generating apparatus for rides comprises a manipulation part and a propelling force generating part. The manipulation part is installed in a mainframe. The manipulation part generates manipulation force. The propelling force generating part transmits the manipulation force, generated by the manipulation part, to the propelling wheel in order to drive the propelling wheel. The propelling force generating part comprises a main rotating unit(100), secondary rotating units(210,220), an inter-working unit, a secondary power transmission member(520), and a main power transmission member(400). The main rotating unit is installed in the mainframe to be rotatable. The secondary rotating unit is formed on both sides of the main rotating unit to be rotatable. The inter-working unit is formed between the main rotating unit and a pair of secondary rotating units. The transmission member transfers the manipulation force to a pair of secondary rotating units. The main power transmission member provides the torque of the main rotating unit to the propelling wheel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
