PURPOSE: Gangjeong(sweet rice puffs) containing citron powder, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer nutrients of citron with the various functions. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of gangjeong(sweet rice puffs) containing citron powder comprises the following steps: mixing 5~10parts of sugar by weight, 45~55parts of starch syrup by weight, and 4.5~5parts of olive oil, and boiling at 100deg C; adding 2~5parts of citron powder by weight and 8~12parts of mixed nuts by weight to the mixture; inserting 35~40parts of puffed brown rice into the mixture; and leveling the mixture before settling at room temperature for 2hours.
