2-ARCH TUNNEL INCLUDING AN EXTENSION TUNNEL AND A METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING THE SAME, CAPABLE OF ENABLING PEOPLE TO PASS THROUGH AN EXPANDED TUNNEL

PURPOSE: A 2-arch tunnel including an extension tunnel and a method for constructing the same are provided to enable the formation of a separate tunnel functioning as a sidewalk or a bicycle path by an expanded main tunnel.;CONSTITUTION: A 2-arch tunnel including an extension tunnel comprises a main tunnel part and an expanded tunnel part. The main tunnel part comprises a central support wall(120) and a pair of 2-arch main tunnels(220,240). A pair of 2-arch main tunnels is formed from the top of the central support wall to left and right sides and forms a consecutive surface with the central support wall. The expanded tunnel part comprises separation support walls(140,160) and expanded main tunnels(320,340). The separation support wall forms a consecutive surface with the 2-arch main tunnel from the outside of the 2-arch main tunnel. The expanded main tunnel is formed form the separation support wall to the outside and forms a consecutive surface with the separation support wall.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
