PURPOSE: A bench capable of mounting a banner is provided to use the bench as a street lamp by installing a lighting unit with fluorescent lamps and LEDs inside a banner unit of the bench.;CONSTITUTION: A bench capable of mounting a banner comprises the following: a banner unit(100) for coupling the banner on a cask with the cross-section with a rectangular shape; lighting units(200,210,220,230,240) for offering light to the banner unit; a driving unit(250) including a motor for rotating the banner unit; a pair of pillar units(300) for supporting the banner unit; and a supporting unit and a chair unit(500) included in the supporting unit.
