PURPOSE: A cutting tool module for finely adjusting a machine tool with a dual-pitch screw method is provided to precisely control the position of a cutting tool in 0.01mm units by rotating an adjusting screw with an operating dial.;CONSTITUTION: A cutting tool module for finely adjusting a machine tool with a dual-pitch screw method comprises a cutting tool(10) and a holder unit(20). The cutting tool includes a shank part(12) in which an adjusting groove is formed lengthwise. The holder unit includes a holding base(21), a reference plate(22) which is set on the holding base and has a through hole(22a) in which threads(221) are formed with a greater pitch than the threads of the adjusting groove, and an adjusting screw(23) which is thread-coupled with the reference plate through the through hole and with the cutting tool by being inserted in the adjusting groove. The cutting tool is linearly transferred in the opposite direction to the linear motion of the adjusting screw by the rotation of the adjusting screw.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
