METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A PAPER BOAT CAPABLE OF USING KOREAN PAPER AND REGULAR PAPER AS A MOLD

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a paper boat is provided to enable a ship to be mass-produced cheaply and in a variety of designs.;CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a paper boat is as follows. Components, including aggregate and waterproof barriers required for the construction of a ship, are drawn on paper. Disposable glass fiber is added to the paper using adhesive. After drying, the paper is processed according to the drawing of the ship and is cut to a desired size. The ship is formed on a block basis or in an integral form depending on the size of the ship. Glass fiber is added to both surfaces of the formed ship or the block component using adhesive to obtain a desired strength to complete an FRP ship. After transferring the design to paper, Korean paper is used as is and glass fiber is added to both surfaces of regular paper through punching work to increase adhesion.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
