PURPOSE: A repair block with a heat isolation function for reducing heat island, a manufacturing method thereof, and an automatic water supply system using the same are provided to control the reflectivity of light by changing the color of the surface of the block depending on a temperature change. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a repair block with a heat isolation function for reducing heat island is composed as follows. Aggregate and binder are drily first mixed. The drily mixed mixture is second mixed with mixing water. The second mixed mixture is mixed with thermo pigment and then is third mixed with mixing water. The third mixed mixture is placed and is cured.
