PURPOSE: A P2P streaming apparatus, method thereof, and system configuring method are provided to resolve a problem with Always-on due to installing a P2P engine in a network device such as a router and a gateway.;CONSTITUTION: A P2P logic unit(332) is located in a private network(320) and a demarcation point. The P2P logic unit performs P2P communication in order to share multimedia stream with the other user. A delivery unit(336) transfers the multimedia stream to an internal user terminal(340).
