METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MONITORING THE THERMAL STRESS OF A TURBINE, CAPABLE OF SUBSTANTIALLY SAVING THE COST OF GENERATION LOSS BY PREVENTING THE STOP LOSS AND FURTHER FAILURE OF A PLANT
PURPOSE: Method and device for monitoring the thermal stress of a turbine are provided to stably operate power plant by calculating thermal stress to a turbine rotor in real time through the real-time measuring of the steam temperature and steam pressure of a turbine.;CONSTITUTION: A device for monitoring the thermal stress of a turbine comprises a sensor(511), a first temperature calculating module(522), a second temperature calculating module(523), a first thermal-stress calculating module(524), and a second thermal-stress calculating module(525). The sensor is installed on a part before inflow steam passes a control valve on a turbine entrance. The sensor measures the temperature and pressure of the inflow steam in real time. The first temperature calculating module calculates the temperature of inflow steam to the turbine based on the temperature and pressure of the inflow steam. The second temperature calculating module calculates the surface temperature and the bore temperature of a turbine rotor in real time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
