PIPE CONVEYOR SCALE, CAPABLE OF PREVENTING THE OXIDATION OF SCALE DUE TO BAD WEATHER SINCE THE SCALE IS BURIED IN A PIPE CONVEYOR

PURPOSE: A pipe conveyor scale is provided to maintain the accuracy of measurement by protecting a product from bad weather including snow, rain and wind since a scale is buried in a pipe conveyor.;CONSTITUTION: A pipe conveyor scale(140) comprises measuring units(150), horizontal units(160), a pair of support panels(180) and a cover. The measuring units are fixed to a pair of guide frames to face each other. The measuring unit measures the amount of a material transferred through a pipe. One surface of both ends of the horizontal unit is connected to the measuring unit to maintain level. The supports panels are respectively coupled to both end of the other surface of the horizontal unit to support a pipe transporting a material. The cover closes between a pair of upper horizontal frames, corresponding to the upper part of a scale installed area, to prevent the expose of the scale from bad weather.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
