PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for measuring thickness of skin are provided to minutely analysis a relative thickness of skin and an elastic degree.;CONSTITUTION: A hand corresponding to the measurement target is put on a support stand(400). A first gripper(200) comprises a first motor rotating around the principal axis and a first rotator(250) rotating with the first motor. A second gripper(300) comprises an encoder(320) formed between the top part and the bottom part and a second rotator which is rotated by a second motor. A first roller(260) is connected to the first motor and an elastic roller. A second roller(360) is connected to the second motor and the elastic roller.
